 Technological developments Influencing Education & The School

In this topic, I have learned about how the technology development can help in teaching and learning process in education and the school. Technology is comprised of the products and processes created by engineers to meet our needs and requirements. It is the use of scientific knowledge for practical purposes or applications, whether in industry or in our everyday lives. It is also important in education, in medical, in society and in business. Besides that, there is a educational technology which is a study and practice to help the learning process by using the technology. There are also the assistive technology for special needs students. It is a tool to help students with disabilities even in the face of a special education teacher shortage is assistive technology. The positive sides of technology are can use as facilities in learning and teaching. It is easy to get instant access to information. It also can develops the mind and develops future technological leaders such as forming a generation in line with technological advances. There are also the negative sides of this technology which are diminishes relationship and social skills such as tent to communicate virtually, less outdoor activities with others. Other than that, it can stimulates health issues and reduce sleep quality. Thus, technology is undeniably a source of educational progress. Therefore, society needs to be in line with technology for the sake of common progress.
